TRAINING for All Ages and Abilities
Level 1: MINI FLYERS (Ages 3 – 5yrs)
⦁ Overview: This introductory level is designed for our youngest students to explore movement and coordination through fun, safe, and creative activities. The focus is on developing body awareness, basic strength, and a love for aerial arts.
⦁ Skills Covered:
⦁ Basic movement patterns and coordination exercises
⦁ Introduction to aerial silks through playful climbs and swings
⦁ Simple balance activities and group interaction
⦁ Objective: Foster a love for movement and aerial arts, building confidence and social skills in a fun environment.
Level 2: LITTLE FLYERS (Ages 5 – 8yrs)
⦁ Overview: This level is for young children who are ready to begin learning the basics of aerial dance and circus skills. Students will engage in more structured activities that introduce foundational techniques.
⦁ Skills Covered:
⦁ Basic aerial silks techniques, such as climbs and foot locks
⦁ Introduction to aerial hoop with simple poses and spins
⦁ Basic balancing exercises and creative movement games
⦁ Objective: Develop coordination, strength, and flexibility while building confidence in the air.
Level 3: JUNIOR AERIALISTS (Ages 8 – 12yrs)
⦁ Overview: This level is geared towards older children who are ready to deepen their skills in aerial dance. The focus will be on developing strength, technique, and creating simple sequences.
⦁ Skills Covered:
⦁ Intermediate aerial silks, including basic wraps and descents
⦁ Aerial hoop poses, spins, and beginner transitions
⦁ Basic partner work and introduction to circus balance skills
⦁ Objective: Build a solid foundation in aerial techniques and start creating short aerial sequences.
Level 4: TEEN ARTISTIS AERIALISTS (Ages 13 – 17yrs)
⦁ Overview: This level is for teenagers with some experience in aerial arts who are ready to take their skills to the next level. The focus will be on refining technique, building stamina, and introducing more complex sequences.
⦁ Skills Covered:
⦁ Advanced wraps, drops, and dynamic movements on aerial silks
⦁ More complex transitions and inversions on the aerial hoop
⦁ Introduction to performance techniques and choreography
⦁ Objective: Enhance technical skills, develop performance abilities, and prepare for more advanced aerial challenges.
Level 5: ADULT AERIAL FOUNDATION (Beginner to Intermediate 18+yrs)
⦁ Overview: This level is designed for adults who are new to aerial arts or have some experience. The programme focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mastering the fundamental techniques of aerial dance.

⦁ Foundational aerial silks techniques, including climbs, foot locks, and basic sequences
⦁ Aerial hoop poses, spins, and flowing transitions
⦁ Introduction to creating simple choreographed routines
⦁ Objective: Develop confidence in aerial arts, improve fitness, and begin crafting basic aerial performances.
Level 6: ADVANCED AERIAL PERFORMERS (Teens & Adults 18+yrs)
⦁ Overview: This advanced level is for teens and adults who have significant experience in aerial arts and are looking to master complex techniques and develop polished performances. The focus is on refining choreography, building stage presence, and mastering advanced aerial skills.

⦁ Complex aerial hoop routines with advanced spins, flips, and transitions
